How we handle the details you send us.

This website is operated by WST COASTLINE EXIM PRIVATE LIMITED ("WST Coastline", "we", "us"), Pune, Maharashtra, India.

What we collect

  • Enquiry form: your name, company (optional), email, phone/WhatsApp number (optional), country, product interest, quantity and target delivery month (optional), and your message.
  • Technical data: your browser's user-agent and a one-way encrypted (hashed) form of your IP address, used only to prevent spam and abuse. We do not store your IP address in readable form.
  • Cookies: one essential session cookie that protects the enquiry form against forgery. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible order with you. We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for marketing.

Who processes it

  • Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, which stores the data on our behalf.
  • If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
  • The home page loads a map from OpenStreetMap, fonts from Google Fonts and an exchange rate from ExchangeRate-API. These services receive your IP address as part of a normal web request.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain records of our business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
